Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items should be in their original condition, undamaged, and unused unless the product was defective upon arrival. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund or exchange, typically minus the original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items:
At this time, we do not have any non-returnable items, but please ensure your item meets the return conditions.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
